It was by accident so to speak that I came to be represented by Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Bendesky.

I was involved in an automobile accident in January of 2023 where the case was a workman’s compensation case and my workman’s compensation attorneys referred me to the firm of Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Bendesky for the personal injury aspects of the case.

I had the fortune of working with Robert Braker’s team. Most importantly my primary attorney and contact is Joseph Batastini and the other folks I worked with on the team that I interacted with Jennifer Ulsh and Sarah Hampton. They were exemplary in their professionalism and how they kept me informed in every step of the case and prepared me for anything that required my interaction and participation.

A special note of thanks and commendation needs to go to Joseph Batastini. Joe was not only professional, but knew when to communicate with me either professionally and or personally regarding the case. No matter what questions I had, no matter how simple or complex they were, reaching out to Joseph was never a problem or an issue, and if he was busy at the moment, he would respond back to me in a timely manner of when he could return my call or email.

Joseph also made sure I was prepared for all aspects of my case. If they had me meeting with other professionals that were working on the case. He had me so well prepared that I felt completely comfortable in any and all meetings I needed to attend. In fact Joseph and I built such a rapport that I would never have anticipated from an attorney or firm representing me. Robert Braker’s team cared about me personally and the number of procedures I have had to go through. I was very impressed with the level of concern they had for me.
