I got involved in a huge case that was originally a fed case and the state picked it up. There were 53 co defendants. After meeting with Jose i felt a little better but not great. I just completed 13.5 yrs. So however impatient i was he just stayed cool and rode it out. I was facing 155 years if i went to trial and lost. And you cannot trust a jury with a life sentence when i could have aigned for a few years. Since i got out over 3 years ago i have changed my life. And it would have really sucked to loose everything that i have worked so hard for. Jose just stuck to his original plan and sure enough he called me todayand im on my way to sign the plea now. I would recommend Saldivar and associates to anyone who wants to win. Hes very calm under pressure and if i would have gone to trial i definitely would have wanted Jose. You can trust him and his firm. 6stars from me

i tried to explain my case to his front desk and his manager or prelegal ONLY caring about paying the 400 consultation and even did not assure me that this is a case this office take
i asked her one question
do you take this cases before i pay the 400 $ consultation she did not answer and when i told her if this is not type of cases you take would you refund my money she was very rude and hang up
unprofessional stay away!
