I am writing to express my experience with Attorney Bedruddin, a new lawyer who lacks experience in managing cases. I visited his office by mistake, seeking another lawyer who previously worked at the same location. The secretary informed me that the lawyer I was looking for had retired but, the secretary offered to assist me. Attorney Bedruddin met with me and, after discussing my case, admitted to having no prior experience with similar cases. Despite this, he attempted to find a solution but ultimately took an unproductive approach. He proposed contacting the officer directly to discuss the possibility of resolving a $170 citation, which raised concerns given the unorthodox nature of this approach. After agreeing to a 30-minute consultation of the $200 per hour, with a promise to only charge me for 30 minutes, I later received an email stating that he was unable to reach the officer. therefore, l thanked to him for his clarification that he was unable to move forward l said don’t waste a time anymore of this case as l mentioned because he has scared to see the judge, Following our email, his office sent me a bill for $160, citing charges for our meeting and email correspondence. I dispute with him this charge, referencing our initial agreement. but, l took a decision to make this payment and subsequently requested case closure with a proof of termination how to avoid further unexpected bills. Given my experience, I advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this attorney bedruddin.
