Sacramento Trademark Lawyer

Brian Russ is a consummate professional and honest individual. He has been working a case for me for about 1 year. I saw reviews stating that he has been unresponsive as of late (which I have also experienced). As we all know, life happens and we need to attend to urgent matters outside of our professional scope. Most of us have jobs where if something happens we can take time off; this is not feasible in Brian's role. Please be patient with him. I am confident that Brian will make good on his professional commitments as soon as he is able.

My son-in-law currently has an open case with Brian and he has been MIA for the past 2 months, if not longer! He has called every number, left numerous voice mails, and we still can’t get ahold of him. We had a court date set and we don’t even know if he showed up to represent my son-in-law. He has paid over $4,000 to Brian and still can’t get a simple phone call back. Brian has claimed that they are changing the phone and calendar systems, which surely shouldn’t take 2 months, and if it did, wouldn’t you have your assistant call your clients or email them and let them know what’s going on with their case?

Sounds super fishy to me!!! Especially seeing that the last couple reviews have all summed up the same story…. Paid Brian and now completely ghosted. This guy doesn’t have good intentions, I don’t even think all the 5 star reviews are real. They could be easily paid for to make him look good. Watch out folks, don’t let this be you next.

I’m not too sure what Brian is up to, but he’s been pretty fishy and scammer-ish with my boyfriend’s legal case. We haven’t heard from him in over 2 months and now all of his phone numbers are disconnected and the office in Sacramento is closed and empty. My boyfriend has spent thousands of dollars and now we have been left in the dark, not knowing what to do or who to call. most of the reviews could be fake. Be careful people

Response : please do, him and his business partner have been contacting this number many times. And have left multiple messages. Please check your voicemail and missed calls.

Scheduled two 15 minute consultations and both times I never received calls. When I've tried to call no one answers... I've emailed him several times with no responses. I've done minor business with him which inquired set ups with my trade mark and of course paid for the service, but when it came time to finalize my trademark no response..... Kind of seems like a quick money grab in my opinion. Would not recommend this firm.
