If I could leave no stars I would. Lauren is rude and disrespectful. Said I wasn’t a customer of theirs because I’m just paying a bill that is owed to a hospital from my son being in the NICU. Tried to change my card number because mine is going to expire and she said it was red flagged. No biggie. But no reason to be rude to someone who is trying to get things paid and back on track. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you should belittle others. Can’t wait to have this paid so I won’t ever have to deal with them again. Highly do not recommend.

The receptionist is very rude and hung the phone up in my face when trying to ask a simple question for clarification. When asked her name she refused to answer with a very aggressive tone.
