It is unwise to presume that a potential client was unemployed and seeking professional assistance and guidance when they may have been grappling with financial challenges and seeking pro bono representation, which was not the case at the time. Stephanie made an erroneous assumption after I submitted the initial Intake paperwork and dismissed me as a potential client without providing any follow-up communication to clarify my situation. Nevertheless, I was able to successfully process and file my case independently after relocating out of Florida.
