I am writing this to warn others about my experience at the receiving end of this firm - regarding the attempted purchase of a property in Lakeview East, Chicago. This agent demonstrated a complete lack of professional integrity by failing to disclose her client's financial distress, a critical piece of information she was responsible for knowing and sharing. Her actions resulted in a horrible experience that I would not wish on any other buyer, including being told on the morning of the agreed-upon closing date that her seller would not be selling the property due to bankruptcy, leaving me homeless and in search of a place to stay before July 1st, in 4 days - 2 of which being weekend days. It has since come to my attention that she has been disciplined in the past, yet her behavior clearly hasn't changed. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agent to look elsewhere. Do not let her put you through the same ordeal we had to endure.

I worked with Stacey back in 2019 on my first home purchase and then again several years later with both Stacey and Deanna on a buy/sell transaction.
