This attorney was appointed to my son over a year ago. Throughout the entire ordeal he never asked my son his side of the story. We tried to tell him repeatedly that this charge was based on half truths. The state was offering my son a year state jail and this attorney kept telling him they wouldn’t back down only other option was a trial but that was not a good idea. After months and months of this I hired another attorney and on the first court date with this attorney the case was resolved. Over. I don’t understand how an individual such as Mr. Ruzzo can sleep at night knowing he did absolutely nothing to benefit or even listen to his client. Nothing we told him mattered according to him it meant nothing in regards to this case. Well obviously it did because the new attorney did in less than 15 minutes what Mr. Ruzzo said wasn’t possible for over a year.

He works for state, does nothing for the case, except help state.
In 4 months, he didn't secure my evidence and along with his private investigator, only managed to bring evidence against me and try to have me arrested.
He has the messies law office, that I have ever seen and unorganized, just like his abilities as a attorney. 👎👎👎👎👎
