John was very polite and friendly. Considering the first thing his secretary told me was that he gets $375 for a consult, I could only wish I earned or got $375 for talking to people for an hour. I digress, I had got caught up in a "deal" where the other person clearly broke our agreement and screwed me over for years and showing that every aspect of the other persons actions and goals were manipulative, basically told me that a case would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and they (the judges / courts?) would say that I agreed to some new deal or the fact that the person paid what they owed, I didn't, I was coerced and manipulated, cheated.
I found a youtube video that made me believe that he cared about what lawyers should be doing for peoples truth and justice instead of the reputation they do have. Lawyers don't seem to take a case unless it is clear cut, they can make easy money fast, or they stand to make a lot from the case.
In the end, I feel that he collected a lot of money not to vigorously or aggressively help me, but was more interested in finding an out so he could focus on being a judge or politician. It only reminded me why I hate dealing with lawyers and people in general. I can chalk it up to another lesson learned.
