When my 86-year-old Uncle passed away without a will on Dec 22, 2023…he was a long-term PA resident and I live in Rhode Island. Not knowing any attorneys in the Philadelphia area, I googled and called Russell Law PC with two offices: one in Media and one in Huntingdon Valley. It was the best decision in this long almost year long probate process.
Mr. Ken Russell is extremely professional and a true gentleman. He picked up my call over the Christmas holidays, accepted my sad situation and the case without hesitation. He turned me over to his highly proficient, kind, efficient and caring senior paralegal, Maria Loecker. She literally took me by the hand and we made it through the arduous process with the minimum stress. Given this was a long-distance relationship and one where none of us ever met, it was incredibly smooth and well executed probate. Add to that, my Uncle and I were not “close” so Ms. Loecker and I had to figure out his life with meager information.
In summary, I would most highly recommend Russell Law as an exemplary legal firm not only for their legal expertise but most of all for their personalized, highly responsive and caring approach!

After the passing of a family member, I realized I had to find a probate lawyer. I had no idea how to start my search so I filled out a search form online. I immediately received a response from Maria at Russell Law. She assured me that I would well taken care of so I put my trust in her capable hands, best decision ever. Her and the amazing people at Russell led me through the complete process with compassion and professionalism. If the was a question or concern it was handled immediately, it was a long process but I was never left without knowing what was going on with my case.
