I’m sad to have to write this horrible review, but after months of attempts, delays, ignored emails, and ultimately being lied to by this firm, I have no choice. I hired Natalie to help me with getting guardianship of my adult son with autism. The initial process alone was a bit frustrating— cancelled appointments, unclear direction, comments that left me questioning whether she understood Allegheny county procedures. But I still continued with her services. Months went by with poor communication and minimal progress. I thought we were getting somewhere in early December, 2023, but after signing and sending what I needed back to the firm, I heard nothing. Weeks went by, then months. No communication from the firm and only run-around when I inquired and did get a reply. Finally, in February I was told of a personal situation that was the cause of the delay in my case. I understood. I waited patiently. In April, I was told my case was being transferred to another attorney to finish. I was told I would hear from that attorney in the next week or so. Weeks went by and nothing. I reached back out to the firm to get the name of the attorney who my case was transferred to and was never given that information. Phone calls were ignored and emails were ignored.

It’s now mid-July. No communication and no work on my case. I have asked for a refund and am filing a formal complaint with the bar association. I am a reasonable person who understands that situations come up. But, honest communication between a law firm and client is absolutely necessary to have any working relationship. I have no trust in this firm and I’m disgusted by the way that they have handled and ignored my case. I’m writing this to hopefully spare someone else from going through what I’m going through. I am now having to start the process with a new attorney, when my case should have been settled months ago. This form doesn’t even deserve one star.
