This law firm prepared my mother's will. When she passed away, I was responsible for the estate. When I asked the attorney at this firm how much it would cost to settle the estate, he estimated it would cost $8,000-10,000 if I took care of the items that did not need to be done by any attorney. (closing accounts, paying estate bills, etc) which I did. It ended up costing me over $22,000!!!

The attorney dishonestly low balled the estimate so I wouldn't go with my cousin, also an attorney, that would of done it at a competitive rate. This attorney charged me for every little thing like text messages, wrote needlessly verbose emails in response to simple questions, and offered to call me when he did not need to all to needlessly run up my tab. Some of this is common practice amongst attorneys but, in my opinion, it's still malpractice and inexcusable.

I considered filing a malpractice suit but it would have cost me more than I would have recovered and the judge, a former attorney, probably would not have ruled in my favor anyway.

Regardless, I would not recommend this company.
