Rouse Law Office

I have been trying for almost a year now to get a simple transfer of a deed done. The lady that has been "helping" me is named Joann. She refuses/forgets to return my calls, doesn't ever remember the last things we spoke about in the previous conversations we have, and always has some lame excuse as to why she hasn't done the next step in the process. It's always "Let me check on this and I'll call you back"(never calls back). At one point I myself did some googling after she told me she didn't know what to do next and found out for her what the next steps are. After telling her what I found on google she was all like "Oh yeah... Ok... I will get right on that and overnight all the paperwork to the people..." 2 weeks later now and she doesn't even remember what she was supposed to mail off and needs to check on it. I'm supposed to call her back Monday for an update, but I know what she's going to say. I have had absolutely all I can stand of this ignorant woman and have asked for a month now to speak with her boss David Rouse, for which he also hasn't made any attempts to reach out to me. I have left my name and number many times with nothing in return. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. Total waste of time... wish I could give them 0 stars...

I bought a house back in December 2023, through this law firm, however the house is still in the old owner name, I called them and left many messages but. No response yet, we are talking a year and 7 months.
I spoke with different employees and no response yet.
