I would not recommend hiring Roupas Law Firm. I ended up having to hire another attorney because of the issues I ran into with Roupas and his "team". First off he has a revolving door of new graduates from law school that is constantly changing. Roupas personally never seems to have the time to address any issues himself. Based on my experience, when you hire Roupas Law, you are lucky if you actually meet him. I was represented by I believe 3 different attorneys under Roupas Law for a custody case. I found myself explaining my case over and over to every new attorney that I was assigned. They do charge by the hour too (the attorney I later hired charged a flat rate to complete the entire case and did an excellent job). Vikki at the front desk was nice at first (until she got my payment) but then became unresponsive and unavailable most times. Vikki also held onto my petition for custody for roughly one month after I signed it before mailing it off because it just slipped her mind or she was to busy. The entire time they just completely procrastinated and got nothing done. I'm glad I obtained a different attorney or who knows how things would have turned out. I say steer clear. This guy pawns his work off on recent law school graduates.
