My daugther had a summons issued against her from a law firm residing in California but contracted by Ford Motor Co. At the time of the summons, my daughter was not even living at home in Detroit - she was residing in Arkansas. From the very first phone discussion to the point in time that we had the case dismissed, Mr. Roumel was very professional, expedient and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The retainer fee was very reasonable in my opinion. I was fearful that we would end up spending more than what the retainer fees were. However, Mr. Roumel was able to successfully close out the case and still had funds left over from the retainer fees. These excess funds were returned back to us in a timely manner. Above everything else, I was most pleased with the fact that through Mr. Roumel's recommendations and negotiations with the plaintiff's attorneys, we were able to save about $50K. For his efforts, my daughter and I are very grateful. One more thing to mention, Mr. Roumel was able to handle all matters without my daughter having to be physically here in Detroit in person. He allowed me to handle all matters on my daughter's behalf and this inevitably saved us a lot of time and money by her not having to travel to Detroit to handle her legal matters.
