I hired Joel Schwartz and Allie Winter. If I knew any better I would’ve done more research cause both attorneys are trash. If you come to this firm all you’re paying for is the namesake even for a misdemeanor charge, traffic offense could run you a minimum of 5,000 and that’s only to enter the case.

Both of my cases pretty much sat for over a 2 year course when I was asked “Will you take anything to get the case over?” When calling around for other legal counsel as I had made up my mind that this relationship was dead after over 10,000 was handed over and they pretty much didn’t care about anything but me taking a plea after pretty much screwing me on another case.

Surprised but not surprised other lawyers wouldn’t even touch the case. Cause of the “experienced” attorneys attached to it. I’m going to cut it short and end it here. If you have a Federal case in Missouri you’ll probably do better getting an out of state attorney that’s licensed in Missouri. And if you’re melanated do yourself a favor keep looking for someone that’s on your side. Cause this ain’t it. Good Luck.
