I worked with Morgan and Jonathan at Rosenberg Law Firm. At the beginning everything went great. Morgan was responsive and involved in my sons case. Unfortunately all of this change once she left the practice. Phone calls were ignored and prior to her exit she had said another attorney would be taking over my sons case and would contact us about oral arguments. Oral arguments were set and finally a couple days prior I was notified by Johnathan that they weren't going...it was strategic. Well my son lost his case and I called the attorney for 2 weeks and FINALLY I received a call back. It was a sorry, no longer representing him, and we can do his 440 but it will cost another 20,000...but that's a deal. I'm not living in a fantasy world since I know appeals are hard to win...it was the lack of concern for my sons case after Morgan's departure and the complete lack of professionalism after he lost his appeal...no guidance no nothing; just more money.
