I was making a long shot Hail Mary hoping they'd be able to assist in a matter which would require an incredible amount of strength and resolve, surrounding a jurisdiction they're likely unfamiliar with. They responded pretty quickly after I called, with a no. What was strange,; the receptionist highlighted repeatedly she would have discouraged direct e-mail communication with the Attorney(s) hadd I spoken to her first or submitted an inquiry via their webpage ticket submission portal. Irrelevant of the expected result, that they would be unable to assist;- I find it odd and almost funny in a non-humorous way they would have someone so seemingly offended by this behavior of contacting the most direct route of possible redress answering their phones. Furthermore, on top of repeatedly attempting to dictate how I would phrase myself, referencing my communication as though it were misbehavior, asking me to include reference to [heavily paraphrased:] my ignorance regarding how things were supposed to be done,; she then includes yet another underhanded reference in the email response informing me they would be unable to assist. I replied advising them to remove their e-mail addresses from their Bio pages if they're going to be represented in such a fashion on the subject,; and that including this contact info in a public facing webpage is mistakenly opening the door to the idea they're actually approachable, or welcoming communication,; or in any way responsive to that form of communication without being called to follow up. Fair warning: Just because they list their contact info on the site does not mean they actually want to hear from you. In fact: based upon their receptionist's demeanor,; this is the exact OPPOSITE thing from what they would prefer. Don't contact these people, they don't want to hear from you,; they've made that abundantly clear.

I submitted an inquiry, and was denied representation without any explanation. Very strange and confusing interaction.

Not much real help

They did what everyone strives to do. And that's a perfect though caring 120% job.
