Evidence: Failure to turn up to represent me her client 'Colin Carr-Nall' at a very important BP146531 probate court date hearing: Tuesday, March 24, 2015 Very rarely did Ms. Roos answer my phone calls or my emails when she was my retained Californian counsel, hence the resulting legal 'nightmare' mess Attorney Roos has created for me. I have no peace of mind I am a grieving widower of Julie Lynn Thomas my loving wife of fifteen years who I still dearly miss. In 2013 Julie died of a heart attack aged only 49 years. Ms. Roos just simply walked away from representing me after I collapsed in the Department 11 Stanley Mosk Courtroom, Los Angeles, USA, paramedics had to revive me in the courtroom. Attorney Roos left me to deal with this legal disaster Ms. Roos knowingly left me in pro per. I am still having to act in pro per on a regular basis four years on while living under duress and fear due to the constant harassment by California Trial Lawyer David Andrew Shapiro who has threatened myself and my aging disabled parents in the United Kingdom, Mum is 76 and housebound and my Dad is 80 neither are in good health thanks to Shapiro stressing them out.
