I was calling Law Firms to get Consultation and Retainer Fee Prices to hire an attorney for a nasty TRO and Child Custody Case, I’m currently going through and came across this Law Firm. When I called Ronald L. Sanders, PLLC, Law Firm and asked for prices he said “Well how about now” eager to hear about my case. Ron let me explain my case in FULL with all the extra details. Let me ask ALL the questions I wanted and offered me sooo much FREE legal advice that put my mind at ease. I am so fortunate to have ran across his Law Firm we spoke on the phone for over 40 min, he was stern, had so much knowledge on Child Custody, and never got annoyed with me. He gave me advice on my Child Custody Case as a whole, on my temporary agreements, how I could fight it, what will look good in court, what I should expect the opposing party’s attorney to file next, and even had all the important questions to ask on details that will matter when we go to court. He actually pays attention and cares!!! Even when I’ve paid for consultations and hired attorneys in the past for Child Custody I never got someone who cared like this and give me so much advice even after years of working with them. Literally let me explain EVERY detail I wanted him to know the entire story even the bad parts and he still gave me so much hope and confidence on turning this bad situation around. Explained to me what I signed and the difference between a court order and agreement/contract. Explained my rights to my child as of now pertaining to what’s in place. Confirmed my thoughts on why I think I have a good chance at going to court! Explained how I’d even fight the temporary agreement since it’s not in the best interest of my child. Ron told me exactly what he would fight for and ask for when we took it to court also!!! Such an easy person to talk to and explained everything so I could easily understand it. Ron even took the time to CONTINUE to give me free legal advice through text/calls as well as taking the time out of his day to review my court documents with questions I had and do follow ups with me. I signed a temporary agreement and was so scared I couldn’t back out of it and didn’t know what to do. I also found out what the opposing party said to me on the phone to talk me out of going to court isn’t legal and that will help as part of my reasoning on why I want to get out of it. An attorney that ACTUALLY CARES about your situation and PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL is sooo rare these days!! Doesn’t look at you as just a check. I’ve felt sooo lost, defeated, and alone until I spoke to Ron. This man is a great attorney and someone who will actually FIGHT for you and fight for what’s right and actually cares about you getting your kids back and what you deserve. He is stern and knows the Law. Definitely deserves so much more recognition.
