I would NOT use this attorney. He is not going to fight for you and acts like you work for him. I was charged almost $50,000 when I released him because he was not going to fight for me to obtain the home/property that I co-owned. My husband and & I owned a lake lot that we were required to sale and Mr.Rogers didn't appeal it when the judge ruled my ex receive the entire amount of the salemoney on our sold lake lo. Also, someone forged my name on the back of the check. I didn't even get a penny of the sale that I was part owner of. Yes lease note, I would have lost years and years of my livelihood, my home and almost a half of my retirement if had I kept him as an attorney! Very unorganized, works with other attorneys and bills you when he doesn't win anything for you. After releasing Mr.Rogers, I hired another attorney and won everything I deserved and had worked my entire life for including my home, my kids, my retirement- Thank God I walked away even after paying him way too much money - Warning- Don't waste your money on Bo Rogers!!
