Rude and unprofessional. The office of Roger W. Mullins, PLLC was hired to prepare a deed for a home I purchased in November. Upon receipt of the document, I discovered that my name was misspelled. I called immediately to have it corrected and was under the impression that it would be. I didn’t hear anything from his office so I called approximately 4 months later to follow up on the matter. I was informed, not only by a staff member but also by Roger W. Mullins, that it “was only a typographical error” and that it basically didn’t matter. I paid for this deed to be prepared CORRECTLY. But, Roger W. Mullins refused to correct HIS error and then hung up on me.
