While vacationing in Florida, I got into an altercation that resulted in the police charging me with battery. I was from out of state and scrambled to find an attorney. I spoke with many lawyers, all painting a picture of doom and gloom, citing how tough the criminal system is in Florida, and unwilling to predict any type of outcome. When I called Roger Futerman, he spoke with me directly, listened to the facts, and without hesitation advised me not to worry, he told me his goal was to get the case dropped or reduced to lower charge with a minimum penalty. In a follow up call he actually predicted with a high probability that he would successfully disposition the case. I knew from my research that Mr. Futerman was a board-certified attorney, a prestigious accomplishment in the legal community, he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. True to his word, 3 weeks after retaining Mr. Futerman he called to advise me that the case had been dropped, and I was not required to return to Florida. Roger Futerman was open, honest and did what he said he would do. In the future if I ever need an attorney, he will be my first call!

Those experiences gave me a renewed appreciation for life, for people, and for the importance of extending compassion to others.
