Rodriguez & Rodriguez Law Office

Had hired this office twice:

Had a divorce processed with Ms Rodriguez, but felt part of the time with Mr Rodriguez- he showed to court and I did too but no one told me it was cancelled. After I paid had little communication with lawyers. At the end Ms Rodriguez was ok but did minimum but we were already in mediation that someone else helps with process. Not sure but feel lawyers don’t care of money you spend- so expect to pay for mediation since we don’t see what else they do to keep you out of paying more. I got to say the receptionist or whomever helped her did reply and assisted with a few items that were pending resolution. If I could give a star of 3.5 I would.

For Mr Rodriguez, I had a second legal action with arrears of child support with a combination of a deed involved since ex is deceased. Ask receptionist when I called and him (paid $50 just to talk to him to make sure he did do this line of work) and he said yes. Gave him all information of issue but also website, deed, document numbers, arrears amount, oag information and all other information pertaining data needed. Then came back that he researched the case - repeated what I gave him and nothing I can do since he died and that he asked other lawyers, I was confused and thought he was able to do this line of work. Now $500 fee he refused to return for unearned work have to now escalate to bar and to see how to get refunded. I emailed and no response and today again emailed to see if I can get refunded but really disappointed. Please care for your clients, we do return and spend a lot of our hard earned monies.. not all of use make lots of money and we save to just get things resolved.
