Marco una estrella porque no existe la opción de no marcar ninguna. Esta firma no representa a sus clientes; representa exclusivamente sus propios intereses económicos. Durante la consulta inicial parecen atentos, accesibles y llenos de promesas, pero todo cambia en el momento en que reciben el pago. A partir de ahí, quedas completamente a tu suerte.
La comunicación es prácticamente inexistente. Solo puedes llamar al teléfono de la oficina, rezar para que no esté ocupado, dejar un mensaje y esperar a que te devuelvan la llamada cuando “puedan”, si es que lo hacen. La paralegal asignada a mi caso rara vez sabía en qué etapa estaba el proceso, lo cual refleja una preocupante falta de organización y profesionalismo.
No asumen responsabilidades básicas: ni siquiera pueden notarizar un documento ya firmado. El cliente termina haciendo el trabajo que supuestamente ellos deberían gestionar. Tienes que completar por tu cuenta todas las planillas y formularios, y en un caso de divorcio no se encargan de comunicarse con la otra parte para exigir el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones. Ni siquiera contactan al contratante para informarle claramente cuáles son sus responsabilidades respecto a la documentación necesaria para avanzar el caso.
En resumen, es otro ejemplo de profesionales del derecho que utilizan su conocimiento no para defender a sus clientes, sino para lucrar con los problemas civiles de las personas, sin compromiso real ni sentido de responsabilidad.
Jamás recomendaría esta firma de abogados a nadie.

I’m giving one star only because there’s no option to give zero. This firm does not represent its clients — it represents only its own financial interests. During the initial consultation they seem attentive, accessible, and full of promises, but everything changes the moment they receive payment. From that point on, you are completely on your own.
Communication is practically nonexistent. The only way to reach them is by calling the office phone, hoping it’s not busy, leaving a voicemail, and waiting for them to return your call “when they can,” if they ever do. The paralegal assigned to my case rarely knew what stage the process was in, which reflects a serious lack of organization and professionalism.
They do not take responsibility for basic tasks — they can’t even notarize a document that has already been signed. The client ends up doing the very work they are supposed to handle. You are required to complete all forms and paperwork yourself, and in a divorce case they do not even manage communication with the other party to ensure compliance with their obligations. They do not contact the opposing party to clearly explain their responsibilities regarding the documentation required to properly submit the case.
In short, this is yet another example of legal professionals who use their knowledge not to defend their clients, but to profit from people’s civil disputes without real commitment or accountability.
I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
