				Miscommunication and Poor Case Management



I was misinformed about several key issues, including custody risks, wage imputation, and what my retainer would actually cover. Communication was minimal unless I reached out first, even for urgent updates. The office manager called about large fees without first reviewing my case, which caused confusion and frustration. Changes in attorneys and paralegals were poorly handled, leading to disorganization that hurt my case. For the amount I paid, I expected proactive updates, accurate guidance, and professional case management—unfortunately, that was not my experience.
