Regrettably, the law firm I engaged was the most affordable option, yet I still lost my DWI case. Over approximately two years of waiting for court proceedings, I was required to communicate with an assistant who repeatedly failed to address my requests. I requested a motion for Discovery; however, I received no response. Instead, she inquired about the status of my payment. Each time I contacted the firm regarding payment issues, I was threatened that they would cease representing me if the fee was not paid. I believe I was defrauded of $5,000 due to their dishonesty and negligence.

The most perplexing aspect of this case was that the attorney representing me in court lacked any evidence to support my case. During the trial, which was held on the same day, I was found guilty primarily because a police officer testified that I appeared intoxicated. After all, I said I am lit. The law firm did not take any action to contest the court’s decision. Consequently, my license was suspended for one year, and I was required to pay a $1,500 fee, undergo unsupervised probation, complete 24 hours of community service, and attend an alcohol and drug assessment class. This experience was the worst I have encountered with legal representation.

As of today, my license remains suspended indefinitely because I did not complete the assessment class. I was unaware that this was a requirement until I attempted to recover my license. The attorneys failed to inform me of this obligation. It is regrettable that even in professional services, there are practitioners who neglect their duties and do not adequately support their clients.

They got my citation dismissed. I highly recommend them for any traffic ticket or citation.

At first i was thinking this was the best lawyer to get because of all the great reviews they have on here. I was greatly mistaken, this is a firm that needs the money from the looks of it. I've paid them most of my balance of $1500 but before i started paying them i asked if getting a lawyer was the best option, not knowing there's certain programs and services that throw lawyers and attorneys out the window like they don't even exists. As PA, or a public defender, they should know the law. A POLICE officer called me asking if my public defender or my attorney (if i had one) had talked to me about a program that can fully dismiss my case. When i asked Roberts and Richmond p.a. about it they acted as if they knew nothing about the program. So either they don't know too much about felony cases and solutions or they literally just take your money first just to see if they can help you. When i ask them about how sure they were about my case getting thrown out it was always a "we should be able to" or "maybe", nothing was ever "for sure" which isn't really positive cause you're going in there with so much uncertainty. I do not recommend them.
