I received a speeding ticket, hired Robert to make sure I could resolve the issue without adding any points on my license. He did just that.

Att Robert Hart talked a good game, and seemed to have done what he said he would by dropping a speeding ticket to a non-moving violation. However, months later he called to say the judge rejected it and wanted him to appear in court. He said he was 6 hours away (something he failed to mention when I hired him) and had too many more i.portant things to do than actually go to work to get paid. Therefore, he offered to rescind the plea and said I don't even have to show up since I've already paid.
I showed up. Not only did they accept the original plea deal, the prosecuting attorney said she told Hart THREE times how to file the paperwork correctly and he refused to do so, and he refused to come to court. The judge said it was "Very concerning" that he told me I did not gave to appear that day. Mr. Hart had been calling me every day to sign an email letting him off my case, which I ignored. Do NOT trust this lawyer! He will take your money, but he doesn't follow through. If the solution doesn't fall into his lap your on your own! And he's incompetent as to the correct filing pricedures!

I was traveling through Ohio & got clocked going 88 in a 60. Robert was able to get my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation w/ 0 points on my license, and I never had to appear!! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
