Bob Goldstein and his receptionist Treasure has been helping me for years. I spoke to many attorneys before filing bankruptcy and they basically told me that all hope was lost. However Bob and Treasure made it happen. They make an excellent team.

If the rest of these good reviews are true, I unfortunately did not have the same experience as the rest of his clients. You will be paying this man to basically ignore you. I ended up taking a settlement offer not because I was fully satisfied with it but mainly because I just wanted to be done with Mr. Goldstein as my representation and didn’t want to start all over again and pay another lawyer. He will finally get back to you after you’ve called, emailed, and messaged a couple hundred times. He doesn’t explain anything so if you are not familiar with that world then he is not the lawyer for you because you will stay lost and with no solid updates. Imagine paying someone and you’re begging them for explanations, updates, etc… ridiculous. I felt uneasy and unsure the entire time he represented us. In the end he also tried to “mistakenly” overcharge me by a lot when I knew I had a refund, then when I pointed it out tried to tell me there were many other charges he “forgot” to put on there and that he wasn’t going to because of his mistake… how nice of him. It seems like if you are not one to stand up for yourself and be stern, he will take advantage of that. Their work space is also really unorganized, his assistant was always scrambling to find my paperwork every time I came in and actually messed up on something she notarized. Just find another attorney, the uncertainty you’ll feel is not worth it.

Robert Goldstein has been helping me since 2007. I can never repay him for always having my back, giving me good advice and being the best at what he does.
