I would not recommend hiring Robert Croy as an attorney. I retained him for a custody case, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. He appeared disorganized and unprepared in court, often struggling to respond effectively to the opposing attorney’s questions. He failed to ask key questions on my behalf and seemed to lose focus during important moments. I left feeling that I would have been better off representing myself. In my opinion, it would be wise to seek counsel elsewhere if you’re looking for someone attentive, prepared, and professional. Ultimately, I fired him.
