I highly recommend Surisa and her team for your IEP legal concerns/needs. I have two sons with disabilities and IEPs. We've utilized her services now on three occasions. Feeling helpless when it comes to my kids needs is a terrible feeling. I really needed someone in our corner when it's us against the school district. We've experienced nothing but compassion, understanding, advocacy, and the legal expertise much needed. River's Law found a resolution each and every time. Thank you all at River's Law, we'd be lost without you.

A word of advice to any parents who are seeking legal advice from Rivers Law Inc., I would not recommend any parent to hire this office because they are not professional. Surisa Rivers gave me some advice on how to handle a situation of my son’s mediation agreement and then she put all the blame on me and decided not to help me. She emailed me stating that I needed to get help from another special education attorney because my son’s case was closed. I rate this office a zero. Rivers Law Inc., does not have a heart to help parents or students with disabilities. Rivers Law lacks professionalism and attorneys to take new cases or help with existing cases. This office does not have a passion or a drive to provide professional services to parents and students with disabilities they are incompetent and just seeking money from the settlements. Please do your self a favor and don't hire this office.
