I’ve never had to go through a mediation process before but it was an interesting experience. Peter was a pleasure to work with made what could otherwise be a very stressful experience, actually peaceful. Glad to be done with it! I think both party’s came out with a fair outcome, and best of all, no more legal expenses.

I'm pretty sure Fonda is a beautiful angel put on this earth to make everything better. I was dealing with a HIGH (and when I say high, imagine the worst tempered human and triple that) conflict divorce from my ex who is a diagnosed narcissist and compulsive liar. It's been 3.5 of the LONGEST years of MY LIFE. We have seen mediators, had countless small court dates, I had to put my trial off 3 times because he was hiding his finances and the judge can't divide property if they don't know what we have. I was pretty sure I was going to be tied this guy FOREVER. The judge asked once again we try mediation since it had been a couple years. I am eternally optimistic about everything, it's actually my downfall (which is how I got into this mess, ignored ALL the red flags because I believe the best in everyone), but going into this I did not think we would reach a resolution. I know him, he won't concede, he won't find middle ground, he always thinks he will win and won't compromise if his life depended on it.

Then along came Fonda with her beautiful brains that somehow disarmed him. He does NOT respect women so when the mediator was a woman I was like oh boy, here we go. But finding ANYONE in town who doesn't know one or both of us is hard, not bragging because it's never for a good reason. By the grace of THE LORD our paths never crossed her's until today. While it did take us ALL DAY, we reached a resolution. I am still in SHOCK!!!!! Had I come here 3.5 years ago I would have saved myself over $35,000.

So if you're in a hopeless divorce, think mediation will NEVER work, do yourself the BIGGEST favor and see Fonda. She is a treasure with an amazing gift. Even my attorney who has been practicing for over 30 years has never worked with a mediator this good and he told me he will definitely be using her in the future. What a queen!
