Have you ever had a root canal or dental procedure before the pain medication fully kicked in? That’s honestly what this process felt like.

What was supposed to be a straightforward case turned into a stressful and exhausting 15-month experience. The other driver was cited and found at fault, and I followed every instruction given throughout treatment and the legal process.

In the end, I was disappointed with both the communication and the outcome. I often had difficulty getting updates or callbacks, timelines constantly changed, and after everything was finalized, I ended up receiving around 20% of a $30,000 settlement.

I was originally told this was considered a “VIP” case because of a personal referral, so naturally my expectations were higher. Toward the end of the case, I was told checks would be processed quickly once paperwork and information were submitted, but more delays followed after signing the release.

I understand every case is different and fees are part of the process, but overall I walked away feeling frustrated, confused, and unsupported during a difficult situation.

If 20 percent or less is ur expectation of a settlement and you have time to waste this might be your way to go, but if you value your time and feel like being the vessel for these attornies and doctors to make a dollar then 20 percent is a slap in the face.
