After being rear-ended (and hit hard), i didn't have any broken bones, but i had a traumatic brain injury. It made it hard to think. I had two different types migraine as a result of the TBI, and couldn't concentrate through the brain fog. I went for an MRI that didn't give any real information on what was happening to me. I'm pretty sure that if I was alone...just me versus the insurance company...i would have gotten basically nothing, because I had no obvious injury (at least nothing I could prove). I started seeing a chiropractor for back pain from the accident, and he recommended that I get an attorney...he recommended Rivera Law Group.
Like I already mentioned, I had a difficult time concentrating, and this help was exactly what was needed for me. They kept track of everything, and helped me to get the medical care that I needed...including the chiropractor, neurologist, pain management...and more. I could not have done this on my own. Tristan Rivera is an awesome attorney, and all of his staff was quite honestly, the best.
These are the kind of people who deserve a Christmas card every year after having given that level of service.
