Charles Crawford was a consultant attorney for me on my first time home buying process in Minneapolis. I’d absolutely be happy to give him 5 stars and it was a pleasure working with him as he did the following:

- he set up a long session where he educated me on the different documents (such as purchase agreements and TISH reports)
- he reviewed the offers (and amendments) I made and commented on them, even though it was after his regular hours
- he provided recommendations on title companies, insurance agents, etc .. upon my request
- he actively followed up with me keeping in his mind timelines and deadlines that I have to meet
- he warned me of potential consequences such as the necessity of sharing my family status with my lender
- he expressed his readiness to attend the closing session and set up a time dedicated for me in case I had questions during the closing.
- he answered any question I had during the home buying process and was very responsive via phone calls and emails. For example, I had a questions in regards to the level of commitment I am subject to to text messages with the realtor of the seller.

Charles, as well, showed experience in real estate and house purchases and maintenance.
