I urgently needed a law firm to assist me with obtaining a Power of Attorney (POA). I searched the internet and read the reviews for RISM, LLC and hired the firm to assist me. Attorney Jamison Taylor was professional, timely and knowledgeable in advising me on the type of POA required and documentation needed to complete the document. Any follow-up questions I had, he responded promptly and understood the urgency in getting this document executed. In addition, Mr. Taylor provided status updates and a Notary once the POA was finalized. The POA was executed in one week. It was a pleasure working with him. I will be using his firm again should I require additional services.

I hired attorney Jamison Taylor to assist with a landlord tenant matter in 2022. Initially, Mr. Taylor was responsive and helpful with the necessary steps need for an eviction and to recover months of unpaid rent. However, Mr. Taylor became less responsive which resulted in me calling several times a month for an update on my case. His response was often that he was busy in court and hadn’t had a chance to follow up.

I was awarded a judgment and we discussed filing the judgement in the land records and well as trying to recover funds from the tenants bank account in May 2023. Despite calling and leaving multiple messages with his secretary from May 2023 though May 2024, I still have not heard from Mr. Taylor.

I recently found out that the judgement was just for possession and that additions steps are needed to collect unpaid rent.

I would not recommend his services for landlord tenant issues. I paid a lot of money for subpar service and I will end up having to handle the matter myself to resolve my legal issue.
