Richards-Bria Law Office

I am a father who had Richard's-Bria as a court appointed guardian ad litem.
The same one as before in 2018, this lady wouldn't give myself nor my son the respect deserved. Did not care as to the 'why' things were they way they were, pushed aside pertinent characteristic and parental issues towards my sons' mother, and ignored my rights as a father. Twice. A clean, financially stable, no drug home, with a father of two other little girls, isnt better than a meth house full of domestic abuse, etc?

This is what these people do to our children. People like this DO NOT BELONG making a 'best interest of the child' decisions. Ive fought for 5 years, showing, documenting, and complaing to the courts...but as a dad, well, yknow.

Weap for these kids! They deserve better!
