So where do I start? at the bottom You'll probably see the law office saying that. I'm some bitter ex-husband but I'm not. I am extremely happy to be getting divorced. I'm just giving you my personal opinion. Eye contacted Richard P Davies personally March 12th 2026 by phone. Did a consultation gave him details important details of my case. I continued to text him got April 8th. Told him I'd like to hire him, got the money. He then told me to talk to the office paying, so we can do a sit down consultation. So i coul, sign the letter engagement so on.And so forth which I then did who then proceeded to call the office an pay them for the in person to which they then call to tell me they had already taken my ex wife on as a client so, yes, yes, this office is good at what they do. These lawyers are good at what they do.They get the details from the ex husband and then take the x wife on as a client. In my personal opinion, just out of being honest and fair because Richard had talked to me. I wouldn't have taken her on as a client anyway. Due to the fact that he already knew what I was going for but, you know, people can only win where they can win and yes, I do have the text messages and receipts to prove it i know For a fact that I talked to him about my case and personal details and private details about my case.Prior to them taking my ex wife as a client. They also talk about how they are. All about, you know, fathers rights in parental alienation. Well, Sarah T hunter and Richard P. Davies, both are aiding my ex. Wife and telling her to keep my daughters from me. Because of lies that she has told them without finding out facts first, which is technically against my parental rights. So yes, if you're a man, please don't use this office. Women use it, they're all for you.!!!

Going through a contentious custody battle is already difficult enough. When you are feeling lost and searching for some sense of hope or guidance, you turn to the legal system expecting support and honest advice from the attorney you hired to represent you. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this law firm.

I felt that false hope was given upfront simply to retain me as a client. As my case progressed, I was not given adequate time with my attorney to properly prepare. I went into my CMC believing progress would be made, only to leave feeling defeated and unsupported. My attorney did not seem familiar with the details of my case, and instead of feeling defended, I often felt like I had to defend myself.

I ultimately had to handle negotiations with my child’s father on my own, sacrificing my dignity in the process just to reach a final agreement. Communication from this firm was extremely poor. Calls and emails often went unanswered for days or even weeks, and when responses did come, the advice provided was incomplete and unclear.

I repeatedly had to advocate for myself regarding important legal language in agreements because I did not feel adequately protected, even after raising my concerns multiple times. In my experience, this law firm did not effectively negotiate with opposing counsel or speak up on my behalf before the judge.

Custody cases are deeply personal and emotionally exhausting. Clients deserve attorneys who are prepared, communicative, and willing to truly advocate for them. Sadly, I did not feel supported throughout this process and would not recommend this firm to anyone facing such an important legal matter.
