Mr. Hopson was a disappointing mediator. First off, He chose the opposing party's office for mediation, which was immediately a red flag. Then, just minutes before we started, I saw him having a secretive meeting with both attorneys outside the door, adding to my concerns. Throughout the mediation, he not only favored the opposing side but also freely shared information I provided to him with the other party. He repeatedly misrepresented my intentions and was outright rude and dismissive towards me. Based on this experience, I strongly caution against considering his services, as my experience with him was highly disappointing and unprofessional.
