I would like to bring to your attention the dissatisfaction I have experienced with the legal services provided by the individual in question. Throughout the duration of our engagement, I have encountered numerous issues, including lost documents, incorrect paperwork filings, missed and delayed meetings, and a lack of transparency. Despite assurances to promptly address a time-sensitive matter following my initial payment, I find myself four months later without any progress. Furthermore, the individual has ceased responding to my attempts to communicate, prompting me to consider filing a formal complaint in order to seek a resolution.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Richard is a liar, he’s extremely disorganized, and wasted months of time in a custody battle. He was over an hour late to one court date and missed two other court dates entirely. When I asked for my money back he refused. He’d make inappropriate comments about my appearance or what I was wearing. He is one of the absolute worst attorneys I’ve had the displeasure of meeting, I am surprised he’s still allowed to practice.

He showed his commitment to my case by listening to my concerns and making my needs his priorities. His cogent methods during negotiations were effective and tactfully delivered. My extremely contested divorce was an arduous ordeal, yet throughout it I felt supported and very well represented. Ultimately the divorce process will end, but for children it is a lifetime event. Richard continually advised me of the pros and cons of pushing too hard or giving up too much throughout the divorce process. I think this critically important ability cannot be overstated. Richard has an amazing breadth and depth of knowledge across both the legal and practical side of family matters, and he communicates it more effectively than anyone I know. Richard earns my highest recommendations because he has the skills and abilities to win at both offense and defense on my behalf.

I paid a $1000 and got one letter out of this lawyer on my behalf that I had to rewrite because of all the incorrect information. And maybe got one phone call out of this lawyer on my behalf, but i'm not even sure if that happened based on all of the lies to me from this lawyer and lack of attention to my case. I had to send tons of reminder emails to him over a six month period to even look at my time sensitive case. I definitely do not recommend working with this lawyer. It was a very frustrating experience.
