I called as a potential client to Richard. The call went ok until the end when after he gave me instructions on who to call next, I asked him a very basic question to know for future reference. He took it WAY out of context and started getting extremely rude with me. It left me speechless and all I could say was OK BYE. Honestly, I would have loved this energy for my case... Not personally though just asking a simple question. Do better.

It was a "vibe" over phone. I see why people say rude. Wow. There is a "professional"/dry/to the point demener that presents as being super rude and not much to leave here... other than I am glad he said he did not want to take my case as I politely said ofc I understand, just to get off phone... cause I have multiple others that said they would since I made multiple calls to inquire... and would not have chose this person anyways. But I was so shocked how quickly he shut it down... I immediately checked Google and was like wow now I see. My only reason for posting is to say call around if you can not get service or representation with this person as literally everyone else had a different approach and felt very confident to represent! Luckily for me I may not end up needing a lawyer...thank god, but wow!
