I've had a very pleasant experience. The communication with the office was quick and helpful. I also had a very useful consultation with Sydney Legagneur about custody and visitation rights. It was an open conversation, in which she listened carefully, and could give me helpful advice, that I also experienced as objective. Unfortunately, she couldn't help me further because of a restriction on the areas they serve, but she did help me with my next step.

I hired Rich to represent me against my ex-husband and his wife after 10 months of nothing and being screwed over by another attorney. He was awesome, him and his staff are kind, courteous and very sympathetic and understanding. He always answered my questions in a timely manner and asked that I understood what was coming next. Our case was heard in October 2025, and we had a very positive outcome. Rich cares about what is best for the children involved. Rich is very good at what he does, and I highly recommend him to anyone who asks me if I know a good divorce lawyer.

I went to Rich because I had an abusive ex-wife who was alienating me from my children. Rich said the right things in our interview but that was were his help ended. There was little communication, no empathy, and no defense. We spent hours in meetings planning a defense and then he would hand her what she wanted. To the point that a friend asked if I thought he was conspiring with her lawyer. After paying him tens of thousands of dollars, I gave up both properties, part of my retirement, and allimony. Worst of all the divorce took over 2 years. Despite repeated begging on my part, he did nothing to put me in touch with my daughter. The court ordered reconcilitory therapy at the end. But at that point she was poisoned, and the therapy was remote, so her mother could have been in the room with her. Divorce is hard, using Rich Rochlin made it heart breaking. I haven't spoken with my daughter in over 3 years, Rich should be ashamed. I know there are people in here who like Rich, but I don't think you can know which Rich you will get. I would strongly recommend using a different legal team.
