Resolute Divorce Law

I would not recommend this law group. Their communication was not there and had people working for them who kept missing information. Constantly telling me about other cases they had and they were busy and would answer me when they were able. The main reason I write today is be in fear of the word "Non-Modifiable" as it pertains to alimony. I read this in my divorce papers and asked Antonio to add in a claus that stated if she gets remarried, the alimony will cease. He assured me that there is not point and all Alimony stops upon remarriage. Today the judge said her hands were tied and she couldn't modify her alimony even though her husband makes alot of money and more well off. The judge also sad that our divorce papers were poorly written as well and main things were missing. I hope they have changed, but if Antonio would have listened to me, I wouldn't owe as much as a car is worth to my ex who remarried. There is no paper trail This was a verbal conversation we had. In Antonio's defense, I spoke to five other lawyers who agreed with him on Alimony. Only one said to file a modifactio, which the judge said she really couldn't hear, that again her hands were tied. This is so not fair. I jus wish a civil lawfirm would have been able to notice this.

The worst most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Never return any calls. Told me that it would take 1 month for uncontested and it’s been 3 ninths and still can’t get a simple update. I asked for my Money back but was told that they will not give it back. Also the lady Lori is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I would have stayed married if I knew I was gonna deal with these type of people

They handled my divorce, even though there were some complications, they got back to me in a timely manner and finally I got my divorce! Very happy!
