Mr. Tyson, and his wonderful paralegal, Ms. Valerie, have been absolutely wonderful throughout the duration of my case. They have handled it with care, pushed to work things out in my favor, and at times gone above and beyond the call of duty. I was hit by another driver on the 4th of July this year when I came from Mississippi to visit my family in Columbus, OH, there was video footage of my accident and still the other driver tried to say I was the one who ran the red light. I definitely did not. I may have hit my head pretty hard and not been able to recall everything clearly right away but I KNEW I had a green light. That much I really knew for a fact, they obtained the video footage from the police department and quickly got the other parties insurance to accept fault.
