So if you like this Lawyer to take your money and you do her work, this is the Lawyer for you!!! Terrible Lawyer when it comes to a Family Estate. I was the Administrator for my Great Uncle's Estate. Doesn't like to return calls when a question need to be resolved, rather for her staff to try and answer your question. I had to become the Lawyer and Genealogist to complete the Estate. Judge requested monies to be return to the Estate!! Still waiting for the revised Decree!! Family members received their monies in March 2026!!.My checks were on her desk with a letter dated March 11th from the Public Administrator Office. I had to call the Public Administrator Office to find out why I didn't receive my money. Finally I received my 2 checks around April 21 2026 thru FedX. All checks were posted March 3rd 2026. The process of this Estate took about 6 years!! My family lost most of their original birth, marriage and death certificates thru Queens Surrogate Court. When I questioned her she said their was nothing else she could do!!! "After all you can get new certificates with your settlement"
