We had a great experience with Regina -- I signed up for one of her 30-minute consultations about a business registration issue we were having. She was knowledgeable and helpful and identified that we were using the wrong NYS form -- she even followed up with us after the time slot as we were having trouble reaching the state office (turns out they had switched their contact info). All reviews noting her lack of responsiveness are completely accurate. Communication was consistently slow, and there was little to no sense of urgency in handling my case. I often had to follow up repeatedly on items that should have been addressed promptly, and there were multiple stretches of several days with no response. Not only did I notice it, but other parties involved in the case did as well and shared their concerns with me. It was very embarrassing.

Even now, I am trying to get into contact with her regarding a matter she advised me on but I have not heard from her. I have to consult with another attorney because of her non responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend you seek an attorney elsewhere.
