I knew the second we stepped into Mrs. Benche’s office waiting room that we were finally in the right place. She finally did what no other attorney in this valley could do for me in almost 10 years. She had my case settled 2 hours before we were set to go to trial, because the guardians we too afraid of all their dirty laundry to be aired out, and Mrs. bench was more than ready to air it all out… when my ex willingly put himself on the stand, she ripped him apart, it was brutal, but so satisfying to watch, she was absolutely exquisite. I couldn’t have accomplished what I did today without her. This woman is a godsend, idc what any of the other reviews say, I didn’t care when I hired her either, she immediately passed the vibe check the second my daughter and I met her and she did absolutely everything she said she would do and more. Thank you ladies so much for all the hard work you put in, you saved my daughters and we will forever be grateful to all of you.

Had her as a divorce lawyer, and in the beginning she had me convinced I would get half after being married for 24 years, she told me EVERYTHING I wanted to hear, she never answered my questions, talked to me like I was stupid, uhm, I’m not a lawyer nor have I Ever been divorced before, went to court, and she made me lie on the stand about if I was happy with her service. She literally made me take the deal, and told me I wouldn’t get more than I was. Along with givin him items I had receipts for. Well to make things worse, I didn’t get my personal belonging, and in fact My EX sold them in a yard sale, cause she couldn’t reply to my emails, on dates to get my stuff, remind you I’m over 3 hours away. I Don’t understand how she was supposed to be on my side!!! But basically gave him everything he wanted, she even lied and said that my EX was furious with his lawyer cause he wasn’t doing his job, well I found out it wasn’t true it was a ply to make it look good on my part, It was almost like she was on his side. Never again!!! Would never recommend her. I’m sorry, my life became a mess when you let him get away with everything.
