I used Kate Raynor for my last 3, o1 visas but as I moved away from LA, I went to a different local firm and wow was it a mistake, I had no idea how much attention to detail and care this law firm put in until dealing with another company that has hidden fee’s, no communication, and absolutely no personal care. I was so lucky to have had Kate’s team with my previous applications and will be back again!

Kate is amazing! She got my O-1 Visa through so fast & smoothly. I went back to her for my Green Card & I had exactly the same experience. Highly recommend her!

After a few initial hiccups with another lawyer, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda. She is a highly skilled and well-informed immigration lawyer who helped me secure my E-3 visa in a very short period of time. Her communication was flawless, and she was determined to make the process a success. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone seeking professional guidance with their immigration visa.

DO NOT TRUST RAYNOR & ASSOCIATES WITH YOUR VISA CASE. Hiring this firm was one of the most frustrating and disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. We trusted them to handle my partner’s O-1 visa application—an incredibly high-stakes, life-altering process—and the case they submitted was beyond negligent. The petition was full of typos, inconsistencies, and in one instance, they even left another client’s name in the application. It was clear they were recycling documents and cutting corners. They never explained the difference between O-1A and O-1B, didn’t walk us through alternative strategies, and failed to prepare us for the RFE (Request for Evidence) we inevitably received due to their sloppy filing. When we received the RFE, it confirmed what we feared: USCIS questioned the very foundation of the petition. The case lacked basic evidence, such as proper documentation of press, awards, or proof of impact. There was zero strategic framing of my partner’s career, and no sense of narrative or attention to detail. Even worse, when we raised concerns, the communication from their team was dismissive and cold. We got vague, automated responses, and even a $2,500 invoice to respond to the RFE—with no real explanation of what went wrong or how they planned to fix it. After the case was denied, I called the lawyer directly. His response? He blamed AI. He actually said, “It must’ve been an AI reviewer—I’ve never seen this happen before,” and then suggested we just refile and sent me another invoice. At that point, I took the case to another attorney, who said it was the worst-prepared O-1 they’d ever seen. We started from scratch, and with proper guidance and care, my partner’s case was approved with no issues. This firm sells confidence up front and delivers careless, assembly-line lawyering that could ruin someone’s future. Immigration cases aren’t just paperwork—they’re people’s lives. If you’re considering Kate Raynor & Associates, do yourself a favor and please run the other way.

Working with them was a lesson for life for me to never cheap out on lawyers again. My O1A got rejected with them a couple of years ago with a huge impact on my life. Some of the things they said/did makes me feel that they were really not experienced with cases of my type. Another lawyer got the case accepted within 3 days.
