I was on a depressing situation due to an incident of confronting the person that almost killed me in an almost car accident on W Broadway. The other party’s parents pressed charges of assault on me for blocking a phone's camera, which is ridiculous knowing the other person almost killed me and hit my car. If you are looking for an attorney look no further. Mark Rater is absolutely amazing! My daughter received a ticket in Iowa, while attending school in a neighboring state and her license is issued in our home state. She thought she was doing the right thing by paying the ticket until I received a letter from Iowa DMV. I called Mark on a Friday and he asked me to send over all the information on Monday. In the meantime, my friend said I should call other law firms to just to get pricing and information. I left messages for 15 law firms. Fifteen! Not one person returned my call. I called again and left messages on Monday for the same 15 and still no returned calls! I did however get ahold of 2 attorneys. One told me to tell her to just not drive in the state of Iowa and the other that practiced for “40” years said there’s nothing that can be done. Well that was a lie.
