I regret choosing this law firm. My case took approximately 4.5 years to complete, and while I remained patient throughout the process, communication from my legal team was inconsistent. There were multiple instances where my messages and emails went unanswered, requiring me to follow up repeatedly.

At times, I did not feel that my legal team genuinely cared about my case or my concerns. Although they ultimately reached a settlement, it has now been about four months since the case concluded, and I have yet to receive my settlement check.

While I appreciate that the case was resolved, my overall experience was disappointing. The blame is constantly diverted onto the insurance companies for the delays but I truly believe additional attention to my case would have midigated that and shorted the wait times for everything. In hindsight, I believe a different law firm would have been a better fit. At this point I just want my settlement check and to be done with this law firm and case.
